Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription and Usage:

By subscribing to the Try-on app, users agree to the terms outlined herein. Upon subscription, users are allocated a specific number of runs based on their chosen plan. Each run entitles the user to generate an image of their cloth on a selected model in various poses, facilitated by our AI technology.

2. Image Generation:

Users may upload cloth images and select a model, after which our AI system will generate images showcasing the cloth on the model in 10 different poses. The image generation process typically takes between 5 to 10 minutes.

3. Cancellation:

Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred for subsequent months.

4. Additional Runs:

Should a user exhaust their allocated runs, they have the option to upgrade their subscription plan to obtain additional runs. Each uploaded cloth image and model selection constitutes one run.

5. Usage Limitations:

Users are reminded that the generated images are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior consent.

6. Account Responsibility:

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of the account should be reported immediately to our support team.

7. Privacy:

We are committed to protecting user privacy and data security. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect user data.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

By using the Try-on app, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account.

9. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
