- Welcome to Alter AI, provided by Pasalcase Software Private Limited ("Pasalcase"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Alter AI services, software, and related materials. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Registration and Access
- To use Alter AI, you must create an account. If you represent a legal entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
3. Usage Requirements
- You must create an account to access our Services.
- You are granted a revocable right to use our Services, subject to compliance with these Terms.
- You must not infringe on rights, reverse engineer our models, use the Services to develop competing models, use automated methods to extract data, misrepresent content as human-generated, or transfer API keys without consent.
- Third-party software used with our Services is subject to its terms.
4. Content and Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property related to Alter AI is owned by Pasalcase. You are granted a limited license to use our services.
- You can post, upload, or contribute content to Alter AI, but you must comply with our Content Rules and all applicable laws.
5. Fees and Payments
- Alter AI accepts payments on behalf of users.
- You will pay all fees charged to your account ("Fees") according to the pricing terms fixed by Pasalcase. Payments shall be made using Stripe, Paypal, or any other payment method as advised by us.
6. Confidentiality, Security, and Data Protection
- You may be given access to confidential information from Alter AI. You may use this information only as needed to use the services as permitted under these Terms.
- You must implement security measures to protect your access to and use of the Services. If you discover vulnerabilities or breaches related to your use of the Services, you must promptly contact Alter AI.
- The use of personal information and data is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the platform and services.
- By using the platform, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Alter AI.
7. Term and Termination
- These Terms take effect when you first use the Services and remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing the use of the Services. We may terminate these Terms for any reason by providing you at least 30 days" advance notice. We may terminate the Terms immediately upon notice to you if you materially breach any of the Terms.
- Upon termination, you will stop using the Services and return or destroy any confidential information.
8. Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitations on Liability
- You will defend, indemnify, and hold Pasalcase and its personnel harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services.
- The Services are provided "as is." Pasalcase makes no warranties and disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
- Pasalcase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any claim regarding the Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
10. Miscellaneous
- Alter AI accepts payments on behalf of users.
- These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Pasalcase. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms.
- We may amend the Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the website. Your continued use of the Services after any change means you agree to such change.
- If you do not comply with the Terms, and Alter AI does not take action right away, this does not mean Pasalcase is giving up any of its rights. If any part of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of any other terms.
- You acknowledge that if you violate or breach the Terms, it may cause irreparable harm to Alter AI, and Pasalcase shall have the right to seek injunctive relief.
- The Terms and any policies incorporated into the Terms contain the entire agreement between you and Alter AI regarding the use of the Services, supersedes any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
