How it works?

    We value your satisfaction, and addressing your concerns is our priority. Alter AI is committed to providing refunds to customers who are dissatisfied with the output. In rare instances, we may offer only a retry option when applicable.

When is a refund eligible?

  • Quality Input: Upon reviewing your input images, if we find that they do not meet our AI processing criteria, we will suggest a reprocessing, providing clearer guidelines on the required image specifications. Please note that a refund cannot be issued in this particular scenario.
  • Resemblance: As AI generates images based on your input, there may be instances where few images from the results may not be entirely accurate. If you find yourself partially satisfied with the outcomes, we are happy to offer only a free run to fine-tune the results to better meet your expectations.
  • Downloading: Once you've downloaded your AI head-shots, the order is considered accepted and it's no longer eligible for a refund. We recommend previewing all AI-generated images before downloading.
  • Expiry date: Kindly reach out to us within 7 days of plan purchase for any inquiries related to refunds or retries. Please note that after this period, the eligibility for refunds expires.

Response and refund time

    Our commitment is to promptly review and respond to your requests within 1-3 business days. Once a refund is approved, you can expect the funds to be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Reprocessing will begin promptly upon reaching an agreement.
